I would like to know, if a commando wreath will be laid in Battery HESS (Varengeville sur mer, Dieppe) this year. I'm disappointed, when any wreath is there to commemorate those who gave their life on the only succes on the Dieppe Raid in 1942.

yes, Joe BURNETT is still alive. He came here in Normandy last june for the ceremonies. He is a friend of mine since many years. He took part in the Dieppe Raid.
He was in B Troop 4 cdo.
