Hi all,
I'm looking to find information on Lieutenant Nigel James Moffatt Anderson and hoping this forum can help :)
Anderson served with No.2 Independent Company and received the MC for actions during the Scots Guards withdrawal from Bodo, Anderson led a group of Bren Gun Carriers according to his citation.
According to my research he then moved to No.1 Commando (possibly No.2 also?) but was invalided out in July 1941. I have conflicting reasons for this, one being "Ill health" and the other as a result of wounds sustained on a raid in France.
I would be very grateful for any information people can help with, I'm a reasonably experienced researcher but have been finding Commando info quite difficult to navigate.
