Kayak 4 Heroes is a team of five aiming to achieve a world first by becoming the first adaptive team (containing individuals with injuries/disabilities) to complete the iconic British challenge of Lands End to John O Groats by kayak, an incredibly testing journey of 1,400 kilometres.
