We have had recently several cases of parties using information and details stored on our site for other uses without seeking permission.
This site has been in operation for 15 yrs and most of the content eg. Photos,Documents, Nominal Rolls, Articles, and artifacts may have several authors and permission should be sought from each author via our site before this information is used in books ,TV programs or Web-sites Etc. in order to facilitate their permission for such usage.

Our aim is to , at all cost , protect copyright law for the generous donors to this important archive
