It is with much sadness that Jeff Hewitt advises us of the recent death of William Harry Sale on the 10th September 2019 at the age of 96.

Known to most simply as Harry, he served as a Marine in 46 Royal Marine Commando in WW2. Our sincere condolences to all his Family and friends.

Jeff adds that the funeral will be held on Thursday 26th September 2019 at 12:15 in Charter Chapel, Canley, Coventry CV4 7DF.

Rest in peace Harry.

Pete Rogers, son of LSgt Joe Rogers MM & nephew of TSM Ken McAllister. Both No2 Commando.
God and the Soldier, all men adore, In time of danger and not before.
When the danger is passed and all things righted, God is forgotten, and the Soldier slighted.
