My thanks to Elaine Southworth Davies for pointing me in the direction of a programme screened on ITV Wales on 1st Nov. 2012. One of those participating is Ted Owens of 41RM Commando. Well worth watching. Ted talks of his being wounded on D Day and later taking part in the Walcheren landings. It can still be viewed in full on this link:
