Hi Everyone

For the pugilists among you here are the rules of 'Milling' the famous Achnacarry boxing exercise which became quite an ordeal by most accounts.

This document was sent to me by Henry Brown OBE as he knew my dad was a boxer.

Many thanks for this, having milled on P Company it brought back a few good (retrospective) memories.

I had to laugh at para 9.f.9.
