Hi
I have uploaded the picture and annotation for the FP of Cpl Edwards. This was 1/5 Commando Happy Valley Hong Kong.
Can anyone remember the circumstances of his passing?
Picture courtesy of John Lowman No 1 and 1/5
regards
John M

Hi John
I have attached the 2 funeral photos that Dougie Neish sent in, as mentioned by Julie in another message, for comparison although Dougie does not mention the name of the Commando
Quote from Julie W.
Geoff received photos & an email from Douggie Neish in 2010 in which he said: "The funeral was of one of our colleagues whose life came to a tragic end when he fell from quarters in Kowloon. I am not sure whether it was Mody Road but it was thereabouts. He was buried at Happy Valley Ceremony with full honours."https://www.commandoveterans.org/cdoForum/posts/list/349.page

Thanks Pete
I think it is the same one..........there is a small square slab/stone to the left of the saluting soldier. This slab is also on the pictures you have put up..........also the flowers are present .
The number on the slab reads 10303 maybe a further clue.
Regards
