My grandfather (Johnny Coghlan) was in 5 Cdo. from i think around 1941...he was my idol when i was a kid and was the main reason i plumbed for the Paras after leaving school....stupid accident during P-Company put an end to my career before it had even started and after he died in the late 1990's just didn't have the desire anymore to try again!
