Fred Davies and Jennie Barlow inform us of the very sad news of the death early this morning of Pam Scott, widow of our former chairman Scotty. Pam was such a lovely friendly lady and always with a smile on her face. Pam was with her family yesterday attending a concert by The Rifles at Horseguards Parade. She collapsed and was taken to hospital but sadly died this morning.
Our thoughts and prayers are with all her family at this time.
Rest in peace Pam.

Jennie Barlow advises that Stan Scott has provided the following information about his Mum's funeral :
The Funeral for Pamela Doreen Scott is to take place in the North Chapel, City of London Cemetery and Crematorium, Aldersbrook, at 10.45 on Friday the 24th of June 2016. After the service you are all most welcome to join us for an afternoon tea to be held from 1300 in the 2nd Leytonstone Sea Scouts hut, Malvern Road, Leytonstone, London E11 3DL.
Dress code. Mum asked that no black was worn so why not come dressed ready for a summer tea party?
Flowers for close family only please. Robert has set up a donation page for cancer research, please follow this link:

She was such a friendly, lovely woman. Very sad to hear this.
Thoughts are with her family at this time.
