Ex Essex Regiment Commandos

Hello

New member to the forum. I am researching officers and men of the Essex Regiment who served on attachment to other units during the war and immediately afterwards. I have a handful of references from the Essex Regimental History and some from the War Graves Commission records of men who served with the commandos. Is there a list available of the names and numbers of former Essex regiment men who served with the various commandos during the war and if so how can I access it?

Any help would be much appreciated
