Hi everyone,
My name is Anthony BOSCHER and I'm municipal councilor.
I have 37 years old and I'm living in BEUZEVILLE (Normandy).
The next 8th june we will organize a big ceremony to honor the soldiers who died for the liberation of our city.
We gonna make many expositions with pictures of our city during 1944 and I'm looking for pictures of theses courageous soldiers.
I have many of them (thanks to your archives by the way !).

But i've missed some.

There is the list of the RMC46 :

Marine Albert ANDERSON
Marine Michael COLE
Sergeant Frederick HOUGHTON
Marine William James
Marine Joseph SMALLMAN
Marine Henry TWAITES

From the 45 RMC (1st special brigade)
Marine John HALL

If you have some group pictures or anything else, it would be wonderful.

Thank you very much for your help.

Have a nice day.

Sincerely yours

Anthony BOSCHER

Hi

Do you mean Marine Michael COYLE not COLE

https://www.cwgc.org/find-records/find-war-dead/casualty-details/2847857/michael-coyle/

Marine Henry THWAITES is listed as 41 RM Commando not 46.

Hello Pete,
Thank you for your message and response.
As for me, you are right. These are mistakes on my part.
Thanks also for the links!

Hi Anthony
I am the lead for the 46 Royal Marine Commando Family and Friends Group.
I am also co author of two books detailing the history of 46 RMC.
If you can email me at [email protected] I can share with you all I have concerning the men who fell in WW2 from the 46 RMC Unit.
As Pete has informed you it is Coyle no Cole.
