It is with much sadness that Jason Chatfield advises of the recent death of his uncle Trevor Stanley George McKie on the 5th March 2022 aged 72. Our condolences to all his family and friends. His service included 40 Commando 1967/68, HMS Hermes 1972/74, CGRM Dept. 1975/80, 45 Commando 1980, Naval Party 8901 Falkland Islands 1981/82, and finally at RM Poole 1983/89 ending his service as RQMS to Special Forces.

Jason adds
A Royal Marine (1965 to 1989), Diplomat and world traveller, he lived a full life and will be greatly missed by all his loving family and friends.

Rest in peace Trevor.

Pete Rogers, son of LSgt Joe Rogers MM & nephew of TSM Ken McAllister. Both No2 Commando.
God and the Soldier, all men adore, In time of danger and not before.
When the danger is passed and all things righted, God is forgotten, and the Soldier slighted.
