I am trying to find records of John Leslie Regan, who was Signal Officer to No 4 Cdo in N Beveland for about four months and then SO to 6 Cdo for the crossing on the Rhine and until they were disbanded in 1946.

Thanks Guy. He was known as Tim and was on the General Committee of the original Commando Association for many years. We had him only on the No.1 Commando nominal roll but I have now added him to 4 and 6 as well. He received a Mention in Despatches in North Africa with No. 1 Commando

More about him can be found on this page I have added to our Archive: http://www.commandoveterans.org/JohnLeslieReganCommando

Chris may I ask what your interest is in this man, ie. are you related, and also do you have a photo of him ?

Pete Rogers, son of LSgt Joe Rogers MM & nephew of TSM Ken McAllister. Both No2 Commando.

Many Thanks for your replies and help on this, Guy and Pete.
John was my Wifes Grandfather, I am building the family tree for her and other relatives.
I've attached some pictures.
