David Justice advises us that
George Parsons, No.2 Commando veteran and a WW2 founder member of the Association, will be 100 years old on Saturday the 10th August 2019. George is now a resident at the Royal Hospital Chelsea, Royal Hospital Road, London SW3 4SR
.
George, a member of the London Branch, also used to officiate at many of our events as our Padre as I am sure many will remember.

God and the Soldier, all men adore, In time of danger and not before.
When the danger is passed and all things righted, God is forgotten, and the Soldier slighted.
