A meesage of thanks from Tom Harper re Web-site

Just like to say many thanks for the help I have received from the site when looking into my fathers Commando past.

It all started way back in 2014 when Nick Collins found my dad on the Lost Legions list and said that they had lost contact with him. He pointed me in the right direction for further information as the Commando 2 years on my fathers record didn't explain where he had been.

Recently I started researching again and Pete Rogers has been a great help and explained abbreviations and found out where my father probably served. I now have a good understanding about his time in 2 Commando as he never wanted to speak about it although he was quite happy talking about his time in the RMP and QOCH.

Once again many thanks for all the help I have had from this site.
