There have been a number of programs on television showing Operation Frankton and exposing how the Royal Marines survivors were murdered. I have contacted a number of organisations and asked why no action appeared to have been taken to apprehend those murderers. I even wrote to Paddy Ashdown who wrote a book on the event but I never received an answer from any one. So, why was that?

Hi Brian,
If what you, or perhaps the programmes, have stated is true, ie. no action was taken, then I would think the answer will be somewhere in the War Office or Foreign Office archived records. The National Archives have some of these records here

You could try sending a Freedom of Information request to the Foreign Office.
