Did the Royal Naval Beach Commandos undergo the full Commando training course ?

Now there's an interesting question. What was the full Commando training course. If you were to ask those who joined between July 1940 and Feb. 1942 the training was primarily done by each Unit themselves. STC Lochailort courses were at least 6 weeks I believe. After this, when training was centralised at Achnacarry, the length of courses there seem to vary considerably from 2 to 3 weeks weeks up to 6 weeks. Of course training went on in many different places as well both before their Commando training and after. Here's a bit about the training of Royal Naval Beach Commando 'W' who were Canadians
