I'm not a collector by any means and certainly don't go for shiney things but these caught my eye recently and I just couldn't resist them...

Quite heavy brass blazer buttons made by Gaunt of London and, I would guess, the silver metal, 1st pattern, FS Fighting Knife added onto plain stock.

Anyone with any ideas or information on them at all?
