Looking for Carney Lake ex RM from Keith Mcilroy

Sorry to bother you, I have very serious problems with my short term memory, and I cannot remember names or numbers whenever I turn to the next page, which results in me never to be able to log into the forum, I would like to contact a friend whom I have not seen for 6 months or more his name is Carney Lake ex R.M. and published author. I know he is in Brecon ,Wales, at the minute. I have two presentation chests that are due in Brecon to have the Royal Marine crest carved into both lids, but unfortunately he never told me where to deliver them in Brecon. Any help would be gratefully appreciated, my phone bills are enormous from trying to track him down, yours faithfully ,Keith
