It is the 72nd anniversary of the landings at Normandy leading to the liberation of North West Europe. In the years since many WW2 Commandos would make the journey each year to take part in events to remember those who did not survive to make the journey back home. We look forward to any details of events taking place this week including any photos.



Pete Rogers, son of LSgt Joe Rogers MM & nephew of TSM Ken McAllister. Both No2 Commando.
God and the Soldier, all men adore, In time of danger and not before.
When the danger is passed and all things righted, God is forgotten, and the Soldier slighted.
