I was recently lucky enough to visit HongKong, and there I visited Sai Wan War cemetery [1] in East of Hong Kong Island - see street view [2]
The CVA already has images of the Commando graves[3].
I took high resolution images [ 20 Megapixel camera] of all the Commando graves which I'm happy to donate to the the CVA if they want to add them to gallery.
I also visited Stanley Cemetery on a very hot day, and updated the Commando grave pictures I took in 2005 with Hi res versions [4]
Sadly the website won't let me upload a sample image, as they are typically 4 to 7 megabytes
The majority of the graves are for the defenders, who lost their lives around December 1941, or in the following years while in Japanese captivity. The images speak for themselves.

Hi Mark
Thanks for the offer but due to disc space and with over 8000 images and growing in our gallery we very rarely post photos anywhere near that size. The vast majority are well under 500kb's. However if any relative ever views this message at least they will be able to make contact with you should they wish to. You could consider registering in the gallery and posting a comment against the photos concerned.
I am assuming we have photos of all the Commando graves in the gallery that you provided before ??
Pete

Hi Pete & Mark,
I was there a couple of years ago and also took photos of all the Commando graves which are now in the CVA Gallery.
As Mark says, the majority of the graves are of the unlucky defenders of Hong Kong and came from many countries and were of many religions, including Muslims.
It's an amazing place in a lovely setting. During my visit there was only one other visitor, perhaps due to the fact that the cemetery is not easy to get to.
