It is with much pleasure that I note Eric Buckmaster has joined us as a registered user of our CVA Site.

Eric is one of the very few surviving members of No. 2 Commando and it is nice to have another old comrade visible at last.

In general interest I would like to inform our members that Eric joined us shortly after the St. Nazaire operation in 1942, and together with his brother, the late Stanley Buckmaster, served with distinction in our campaigns in Sicily, Italy, Yugoslavia and Albania.
