45 rm 1960's and HMS Loch Lomond

Hi guys
I am looking for service records and other members of 45 commando 1960-1970 ish. My step father was in 45 and was onboard HMS Loch Lomond and he wants to trace records and any other people who where on board same times.
His name is Michael Turner now 70 years old.
If anyone has any info or pics relating to above years he would gladly appreciate any.
