Looking for info on my father Cpl. Trevor Locke (sometimes called Bobby), lst class sniper, 48 Commandos: Achnacarry under Lord Lovat; Walcheren Island, Holland; Ismailia, Egypt; Cassino, Italy; was with Montgomery in N. Africa; Juno Beach.
Any info would be appreciated.

I know very well, DENNIS SMITH secretary and vet. 48 RM
I attend ceremonies with them last november in Walcheren.

Hi JJ,

I have found a note of a Cpl. T.A.G. Locke having served in 48RM Commando. His service number is shown as PO/ /115814. Have you found out anymore or do you have a photo of your father from his RM Commando days.
