It is with much sadness that we inform you of the recent death in February 2013 of Pte. William H.J. 'Bill' Warren who served in No.9 Commando. There are no other details.

Rest in peace Bill
Pete Rogers, son of LSgt Joe Rogers MM & nephew of TSM Ken McAllister. Both No2 Commando.
God and the Soldier, all men adore, In time of danger and not before.
When the danger is passed and all things righted, God is forgotten, and the Soldier slighted.

Bill was a fellow member of the CVA, joining and supporting Vic Ralph at the very beginning in 2003.

He lived in Truro Cornwall.
