Hi All,

Just to give you some tips about uploading images. If you want to add a an image to your post do the following:

1) When you post a new message, take a look at the bottom of the form. You will see there is a button "Attach Files". If you click this a new window is shown below.

2) Use the browse button next to filename to locate the image to be uploaded. The image must be either a .jpg or .gif file.

3) Give the image a description.

4) Submit your post in the normal way.

The image will appear in the post like this:

Great photo Bob!
I notice that the Canadian poppy is different to the British one. An ol' Canadian vet gave me a Canadian poppy when i was in Normandy in 2003 and I have it just above my head on the computer desk

Have you tried following the instructions at the top of this thread? The only thing additional to add is that the images will only be displayed in the browser as images, if they are .gif or .jpg format. Let me know if you have any problems.

[img]My name is Andy Maines, this photo shows my father and other members of No 1 Commando in a landing craft having just carried out a raid on the coast of N.France on the night of 27/28 Sep 1941. The objective of the raid was to capture German prisoners.
My father is approx mid way in the photo, at the end of a row of men and is the only one in the landing crafy who is not wearing any head gear

Hi,

I have images on Photo Bucket that I have uploaded before to the Gallery, I am now having problems adding images to an album by using Photo Buckets code for adding to forums or web sites.

I am trying to use the external url link to upload the images but it doesn't want to know. Is there an easy path on the forum gallery that will recognise images uploaded from external sources such as Photo Bucket?

Cheers,

Colin
