Can anyone help with information on the Mountain Warfare training camp in Beirut in WW2? I know there was a training centre in the Cairngorms which was moved down to St. Ives in Cornwall for a time - but it is the Beirut connection I am intersted in.

It's got a lot about Cedars Mountain Warfare Training in Lebenanon during WW2 (1942-1944) including pictures, diaries etc...
