Hi Everyone
Here are some pics of the legendary commando Fighting system book 'Get Tough' by Fairbairn although cutting edge at the time I wonder how the system has survived, and what differing techniques, if any,are taught to our modern day special services.
The 'back breaking' techniique for one seems to me a little difficult to perform.
Are there any other fellow martial artists' out there who have perused this volume?
