John Fairey No.2 Commando

It is with much sadness that we inform you of the recent death of John Fairey of No.2 Commando. John's nephew Neal informs us that he died aged 90 on the 20th December 2011 after a short battle with cancer. His funeral has already taken place. There are two photos of John who was in 4 troop in our gallery. He is the man on the right in each photo:
