Lots for Auction 2011 Fort William

Hi Everyone

Here are a couple of the lots being offered for auction at the Saturday after dinner auction to be held in the evening at the Alexander Hotel in Fort William this year.

They have been kindly donated by Ray Brooks son of Ernie Brooks 4 cdo with all proceeds to the CVA memorial fund.

1 A J Nowill Commemorative full size FS knife to the Army Commandos

2 A 4 Cdo shield.

IF YOU CAN'T ATTEND THE EVENINGS EVENTS AND WANT TO BID I AM ACCEPTING SEALED BIDS BY EMAIL ON [email protected] up untill Wednsday 9-11-2011.

Many thanks to Ray Brookes, Jimmy Dunning and all those who donated for the auction; not forgetting those who bidded and won the excellent items available, all going to a good home.

Many thanks also to John Mewett for his excellent efforts and for raising nearly £1,000 which will go towards the CVA Memorial Fund for future projects.
