When was No. 14 (Arctic) Commando disbanded?

In most papers and articles it's stated that Operation Checkmate(agains shipping in Karmsund in Norway, spring of 1943) had operatives from No. 14 Arctic Commando.
According to Andrew Croft, he claims that he recommended the 14. commando to be closed down, and that is actually was a month or so before OP Checkmate - around March 29.
BUT, in a letter sendt to Mountbatten June 5. 1943 they(OP Checkmate) are refered to as of 14. commando.
In Wikipedia it's stated that 14. commando was disbanded "late 1943". Here I have to give Wikipedia right. Anyone with more concrete info?

he he he. I suddenly found an excellent link to a doctorate dissertation by Ian Herrington - "THE SPECIAL OPERATIONS EXECUTIVE IN NORWAY 1940-1945"
He writes in this well written and not least documentet thesis: "14 Commando was disbanded on 31 August" 1943.
So, I have my answere.
