No info on him as yet Ted but i have been trying to identify his cap badge.
I've played around with it and come up with a bit more detail that may help to identify the Regt/Corps...

Hi Ted
Percival Harold Collett was in No.3 Commando . He died on the 18th June 2002. May I ask what your interest is, ie . family, friend, memorabilia collector,etc.
