After looking in the rest of the forums and unable to find the posting I have decided to start a new forum to allow members to record the names of personnel they recognise.

I will start with Soldier No. 241 (My Father) Derek Richards Holroyd

Hi Ted

Sorry if it was unclear as to how to update the picture. I have changed the wording on the photo slightly as a result. Your father's name has now been added against the number on the photo. It would be impractical to have a separate message for each large picture we have so either posting a comment against the picture, or creating a new message as you have done is the best way to deal with such matters. If you have any other photos of your father from his war days or at post war reunions that you would like posted please do not hesitate to contact me by private message or via this forum message and I can assist you with this

Regards

Pete
