It is with much regret that we inform of the passing of William 'Bill' Kingsmore of No 6 Commando, who died on 22 January 2010. His dear wife Phyliss has sent me this wonderful photo of Bill taken on the 65th Anniversary of D-Day at Sword Beach on 6th of June 2009.

Our thoughts are with Phyliss and her family in their time of sadness.

Rest in Peace Bill.
