My cousin, Thomas Bateson Marshall (Tony) belonged to 45 RM Commando and was killed on 24 March 1945. I believe it must have been while crossing the Rhine near Wessel but I have no evidece for this. Can anyone please help with any information about him or what happened on 24 March 1945? Thanks.
